Avoid Sun
Avoiding sun as much possible in the age of 20 is very good for women. Falling of sunrays on skin for a long time makes the skin prone to damage soon and causes wrinkles on it. Women have to quit smoking else over the long haul your skin has to suffer a lot. Avoiding smoking is one of the effective ways to avoid skin aging.
Quit Alcohol
Alcohol is yet another great enemy of skin and leaves it withered. It causes dehydration which further affects skin badly. Dehydrated skin is prone to aging and wrinkles soon. Women should be away from alcohol consumption as far as possible. Swelling and redness on skin are also caused by dehydration. Women in 20’s should take care of their drinking habit.

At the age of 20 women generally do make up on a daily basis, which is very usual and good also. But removing make up before going to sleep is must for skin. Make up should be removed with quality skin cleanser. If it is not removed your skin won’t be able to breathe, which leads to aging.
